FRBR (Functional Requirements for Bibliographic Records)

FRBR Pilot March 13-25, 2006 –  McMaster University Library participated in a pilot test of OCLC’s proposed new “FRBR” interface to WorldCat.

FRBR (Pronounced “FerBer” is an attempt to revolutionize library catalogues. FRBR organizes OPAC search results and reduces apparent duplicates by combining similar records into one multiple-version record display.
